We designed our Jeep JK Sterling 10.25 or 10.5 swap kit to make it easy for you to put a one ton Sterling 1 ton axle in the back of your 2007-2018 Jeep JKU or JK. This kit is designed to work with a Sterling 10.25 or 10.5 rear axle out of a Ford Superduty single rear wheel F250 or F350 pickup . All parts of this kit are keyed to the truss, making installation a breeze. Simply center the truss and set the angle, and all other components will locate off from the truss. This kit is used if you are looking to convert the rear of your Jeep to a 3 link suspension, this is not compatible with the stock rear upper control arms or frame mounts. Welding is required.
All parts of truss are keyed to fit together, for ease of installation and minimal measuring!
The lug pattern on the Sterling is 8x6.5 or 8x170mm this will not match the factory lug pattern on the front axle of your Jeep.
Brake lines, driveshaft, ABS, upper control arm, frame side upper control arm mount, and vent tube modifications are the responsibility of the end user.
The pinion on the Sterling will interfere with the fuel tank on the JK. The fuel tank will need to be relocated!
